Parker's Restaurant is new version of a pub that once existed down in the Old Port and now is a great place for an after work drink. It's a little hard to notice off outer Washington as you need to turn into the Business park Plaza before the Allen Ave. Intersection. Once inside, it's a pretty predictable style restaurant bar, dark wood, clean, with a rectangular bar with some tables surrounding it. Taps are good, and prices are fair, I recommend the 1/2 price apps during Happy Hour.
