The Empire Dine and Dance bar is two floors of bar and music space replete with all the renovated-industrial-building touches that make a place great for a brew and a band. Located on the corner of Congress and Forest in downtown Portland you'll find, amongst the exposed brick and copper furnishings, excellent happy hour specials and live music most any night of the week. The beer list is simple, but quality, and the prices are reasonable even after the specials end.
